join team oktoberfest!
Oktoberfest is happening on Saturday, October 3 from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM!
It takes a village to bring this celebration to life, and we are looking for volunteers willing to assist with the festivities. Whether you can help for one shift or the whole evening, your time will help make this event a success !
The Grill Team (Food Station):
If you love being at the center of the action, this is for you! Volunteers will help grill and serve up traditional Oktoberfest treats to hungry guests.
The Beverage Crew (Bar Station):
Keep the cheer flowing! We need friendly faces to pour beer, serve wine, and hand out non-alcoholic drinks. Note: Volunteers in this area must be 21 or older.
The Welcome & Hospitality Team:
We need volunteers to greet guests as they arrive, check IDs, hand out wristbands, and make everyone feel at home the moment they step onto our grounds.
The Event Floaters:
We need flexible helpers to keep things running smoothly throughout the day. This includes maintaining cleanliness of the event space, helping guide the crowds, and stepping in wherever an extra hand is needed.
The Build & Break Down Crew:
If you prefer behind-the-scenes work, we need a team before and after the party! Help us set up tables, tents, and decorations beforehand, or assist with packing everything away neatly when the celebration wraps up.
How to Sign Up:
You can sign up for a two-hour shift at the table in the vestibule after Mass on the weekends, or contact Danny directly for more information via email danny.rosado@spphoboken.com
