Vow Selection

There are two options for your Wedding Vows, both of which have been spoken by Wedding Couples for generations when married in the Church. Couples may either address each other directly (Option 1: Recited Vows), or have the Priest present the vows, to which the Couple affirms by responding "I do" (Option 2: I Do). With your partner, please review and select which you prefer for your Wedding Day.

Vow Option One

Groom: I, (Name), take you, (Name), to be my wife. I promise to be faithful to you in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health, to love you and to honor you all the days of my life.


Bride: I, (Name), take you, (Name), to be my husband. I promise to be faithful to you in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health, to love you and to honor you all the days of my life.
